NIRVANA ACTIVITY
FIRST DAY WAS FUN(26 MARCH,2010) The new admission children of Classes Pre nursery & Nursery were initiated to the class routine today. The children were amazing; they made new friends & settled wonderfully well. The ease with which they moved from one activity to another made it very enjoyable for the teachers. The children had a rocking time as they hopped from rhyme time to hands on paint, from the park to doing craft & finally to Audio Visuals. They were thrilled to wear the paper crown etched with their names prepared lovingly by their teachers.  
  
ORIENTATION SESSION(23 MARCH,2010) The session for the academic year 2010-11 commenced with an Orientation for the new admission parents. It was an interactive session, where the parents were briefed about the daily routine, school activities and transport details. The parents were also familiarized with the general rules & regulations of the school.   AQUATIC ANIMAL WEEK(19 MARCH,2010)  
BROWN COLOUR DAY(19 MARCH,2010) The children of pre nursery all attired in brown got their colour concept right .  
PICNIC(19 MARCH,2010) The children of Nursery & Kindergarten were taken to The Leisure Valley park on the last working day. They had a great time with their friends playing various games organized specially for them by their teachers.   SPLASH AND COLOURS(18 MARCH,2010) The kindergarten class experimented with primary colours and were thrilled as they prepared colours like green,orange & purple. The tiny tots of Pre nursery & nursery made palm impressions on cards as they sloshed with colours.  
 
TALENT SHOW(17 MARCH,2010) The ever enthusiastic nursery & Kindergarten children showed their dancing skills as they danced to tunes of famous bhangra numbers, classical Kathak dance. They also exhibited their story telling & recitation talents.  
PICNIC (16 MARCH,2010) The M I children went for a picnic, with the teachers. The very fact that they were going in a big bus made them all very excited. They enjoyed sharing their snacks with their friends in the open.   Dress up ( Panchtantra Characters – Nursery Rhymes Characters)(15 MARCH,2010) When it comes to dressing up children are very enthusiastic. We had a whole lot of zoo animals, fairies and a little Miss. Muffet with her spider too.    
SHOW AND TELL(11 MARCH, 2010) The tiny tots of nursery & Kindergarten enlightened every one as they let their imagination run wild. The children made up wonderful stories with the props they got. CLAY MODELING(10 MARCH, 2010)
As a part of the fun filled activity week he tiny tots had a clay modeling activity. The children were excited as they transformed the plasticine into snakes, chaklis, cat, tree, etc. MARKET TRIP(10 MARCH,2010) The children of Nursery & Kindergarten went on a marketing trip to the South City market. They visited the green grocer & were excited to identify most of the vegetables& fruits. They also visited the cold storage where fish & meat were stored. 
CLAY MODELING (9 MARCH, 2010) As a part of the fun filled activity week he tiny tots had a clay modeling activity. The children were excited as they transformed the plasticine into snakes, chaklis, cat, tree, etc.  BULETTIN BOARD DECORATION (8 MARCH,2010) ‘Woman’ was the theme for Board decoration. Nursery children a made a collage depicting the various roles a woman portrays. The Kindergarten had a drawing session, to show case their appreciation for their mothers.
